ALLEN J. HUBER, a citizen of the United States and resident of the State of New York and a resident of Lima, Allen County, Ohio,has invented certain “new and useful improvements in locomotive engines.  The purpose of this improvement is to replace ordinary drive wheels by traction wheels in order to suppress the ordinary driving wheels with which the pistons are connected and to substitute them with improved means of driving the engine. thus obtaining important advantages with regard to
efficiency of operation, economy of expenses and safety against accidents.
